TST WARRANTY POLICY

WARRANTY:

All TST Industries LLC products carry a limited two year warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

WHAT IS COVERED: 

The warranty term begins at the time of purchase. TST Industries limited two year warranty only covers manufacturer defects. 

What Voids the Warranty:

1. Abuse, misuse, improper installation and modifications.

2. Custom applications.

3. No proof of purchase at the time of warranty. Claimants must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).

4. Finishes such as plating or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather conditions, exposure to salt, exposure to chemicals, or lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered.

5. Items purchased through an unauthorized seller of TST Industries products.

WARRANTY PROCESS:

To begin the warranty process, please email [email protected] or click the Contact Us tab on our website and fill out the form under General Inquiries. Once the part has been returned to TST Industries and a manufacturer defect has been detected, the warranty service will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the TST INDUSTRIES warranty.

TST Industries designs and verifies fitment of aftermarket parts for stock (unmodified) motorcycles ONLY. Any motorcycle that has been modified and experiences installation, fitment, and/or product functionality issues related to modifications outside of the TST Industries component(s) will not qualify for warranty support. 

EXTENT OF WARRANTY: 

Any defective TST Industries product properly returned to TST Industries will be repaired or replaced by TST Industries. TST Industries is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is TST Industries responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the TST Industries product. Any product returned to TST Industries must be sent at the customers expense along with the proof of purchase. TST Industries reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed, this warranty is void. TST Industries is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications - should any of these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty. All incidental or consequential damages are herby excluded. .

If items were purchased through an authorized dealer of TST Industries products, please contact your dealer or distributor regarding warranties.
