The Upset Taco

Here at TST we can’t stress enough that we are riders for riders. We try our best to ensure riders have the highest level of enjoyment when using these marvelous machines, whether with our products or without. When I was scrolling through the interwebs recently, I found a rider who had drawn some attention on a forum regarding another companies’ product. I decided to step in and help the guy. Not to boost our PR or make us look like the heroes but to help him enjoy his bike to the fullest.

The complaint he had was that another company sold him a tail light that was sub-par and well below his expectations and standards. Another member mentioned he should have gone with our product and that got my gears churning. I decided to offer him one of our tail lights, free of charge, to replace the unit he recently purchased. We had a little fun making this video and yes, I did draw his name on the box. The ball is in his court and I hope whatever decision he makes, he is extremely happy with the end result. I will keep you all posted on any updates with this story.
