TST MECH-GTR Front LED Turn Signals for Select FZ/MT Yamaha Models

I love the look of the lights and the function great. I priced the lights 6 months ago. I just started have an issue with the small 2 plug connector for the running lights. Since there is no connector seal for the wiring. The wires started corroding and the lights stopped working. I would like to see a sealed connector in the future but other than that I would highly recommend these for function and looks

Advantages: Looks, function, ease of install

Disadvantages: No sealed connector for running lights.

Love the look and the running light option but unfortunately the harness failed after 3 weeks and left one of my hyper white running lights inoperative. Luckily the blinkers still work.

We offer a standard 1-year warranty for all of our products. We contacted this customer to offer a free replacement but have not heard back.

Just got them put on my 2022 MT09 SP and they fit and look great! The quality of all the parts are top notch, and I am in the plastic molding industry so I notice the small details of parts like these. I will be ordering more HALO color rings. I went with the hyper white and that looks good. But I kind of miss the nostalgic amber glow. I also want to check out the blue!

Advantages: Installation was easy, plug and play, lights look great, brighter than stock signals.

Disadvantages: I do think that the lead length of the wires coming out of the HALO running light should be longer. The current length leaves the connection plug and individual colored wires exposed and looks bad. I wrapped it in black shrink wrap to protect the connection and tidy up the look. May be OK length for some installs but too short for the MT09 to get the connection behind the faring cover an out of sight. Unless I missed something.

Very good product.

Advantages: Bright turn signal and easily noticed during the day.

Disadvantages: Day time running light could have been brighter.

Got these for my 2018 XSR700
The fit is great and the install was quick and easy.

Advantages: easy install right out of the box

Disadvantages: none

Great quality. Very bright. Looks amazing on the bike

Disadvantages: The only downside I can see is the fact that they’re not DOT rated

Just put these on yesterday. Kit came with everything needed. Direct plug and play. Took about 10min to install on a 2015.

Advantages: Look less dorky than stock. Don't wobble around

Disadvantages: None yet

I'm pretty happy with the signals though I will admit it wasn't exactly what I was expecting. They do function just fine but it's not that high quality led light that you would be expecting.

Advantages: Function properly and look way better than OEM

Disadvantages: They're not the highest quality out there in terms of brightness and material

These are pretty awesome. (2) things I had issue with. I have a 2019 MT09, the left side was exactly as the video shows. The right side, the wire is about 6 inches longer than the video and it’s looped pretty crazy through the interior of the bike. You have to unplug it to get it out and it’s wrapped pretty tight. The other issue is the ratchet fitting. I tried using the included o-rings, and I’m pretty sure they are going to fall off dinner or later. Probably should have not used the o-ring. Other than those 2 small issues, as always they are exactly what I wanted and look phenomenal. Tst definitely puts out great products. This was the only time a video wasn’t spot on also. And it really wasn’t that different, just the wiring on one side for 2019 MT09.

Now before I get shot down by the it states on website may not work outside of North America for running lights I know.
What it doesn’t and tbh it really should state and clearly state is that you need to check how many wires you have running to current indicators. If it’s 2 then nope not gonna work 3 then boom you’re in business. I’m no electrician or mechanic but they would be 1000% times easier for people to understand then may work. For me that’s a big disappointment as I live in the uk and they don’t work for that reason and that reason only. So to me I’d say it’s slightly misleading and I think they know that. Personally the only reason I bought from here and not some other well know taillight replacement manufacture that makes custom leds is the running light and tbh I’m only giving 3 stars cos they look nicer then most.
