The order's shipment destination must reside within the United States of America. The free shipping options still utilize our standard postage providers and 3rd party shipping companies. Once our team receives your email and initiates the RMA, you can send your product back to us and we will repair/replace the product at no cost as long as a manufacturer defect is found. 4 out of 5. And that is based in initial install. Easy. One star removed for the sealing of the modulator board. No gasket on the lid. So not waterproof as hoped. A screw on top with an o-ring would be ideal. Much more expensive no doubt.
