Remove the oversized factory fender on your Ninja 400 or Z400 and upgrade to the Elite-1 Low Mount Fender Eliminator for a sharper, more aggressive rear profile. This tail tidy relocates your license plate beneath the tail with an adjustable plate bracket, while filling the exposed undertail opening with our exclusive Undertail Closeout. Each adjustable bracket and closeout are CNC-machined aluminum, featuring a durable black anodized finish. The result is a clean, race-inspired finish that takes your Ninja to the next level. If you're ready to refine the rear of your Kawasaki with a streamlined, purpose-built solution, the Elite-1 Low Mount Fender Eliminator is the kit you need!

NON U.S. BUYERS: Our bracket is designed for U.S. plates and fits a hole spacing of 5.09 to 6.16 inches with 5mm hardware. It is your responsibility to verify fitment before making your purchase.

INSTALLATION: Installation requires cutting off a small protruding plastic feature of the OEM fender in order to achieve a flush installation of the closeout and the license plate bracket requires drilling small mounting holes. Don't worry, these steps are covered in extensive detail in our installation videos.

Q: Do I have to do any modifications to my bike during the installation?
A: Yes - You'll be tasked with cutting a small protruding plastic feature off of the undertail and drilling a few holes on the undertail in order to achieve a proper installation. Don't worry! Our step-by-step installation video walks you through each step, ensuring you have the knowledge to accomplish the installation on your own.

Q: Is a license plate light included?
A: No - Many of our customers choose to ride without a license plate light, so we now offer it as a separate item that can be added to your order. Check out our TST LED Stealth Universal License Plate Light for a bright and easy-to-install solution.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive this once I order it?

4 out of 5. And that is based in initial install. Easy. One star removed for the sealing of the modulator board. No gasket on the lid. So not waterproof as hoped. A screw on top with an o-ring would be ideal. Much more expensive no doubt.
