We designed this piece to fully replace the stock fender and ensured that it retains the stock mounting points for easy installation that reuses the stock hardware. We produce all of our carbon fiber components from Toray aviation-grade carbon fiber prepreg using metal molds in an autoclave. The post-cure trimming is performed via CNC machined to achieve a precise and accurate fitment.
