This high-quality material is CNC machined using a propriety holding plate process developed to eliminate vibration during the machining process, ensuring extreme precision and material integrity. We then treat the entire rear sprocket with a matte black Type III hard coat anodizing process that penetrates the aluminum and builds an ultra-hard surface layer, resulting in a light weight sprocket with exceptional durability characteristics capable of taking on the rigorous demands of the street and track.
