Unleash podium-worthy performance with the TST WORX Pack! Designed to be paired with an aftermarket full-system exhaust, this bundle provides all the necessary components to transform your 2025+ Yamaha YZF-R3 into a full-fledged track weapon capable of breaking away from the pack.

All development and testing were performed using the Yoshimura Race Series Full System Exhaust; however, you will gain comparable numbers using a similar full system exhaust. It is required to have a full system exhaust to reach the full WORX Pack potential.

You are responsible for sending us an undamaged stock Yamaha YZF-R3 ECU. We will reflash the ECU and send it back to you ready to be reinstalled. Once an ECU is flashed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Now, we’ve taken that experience and poured it into the updated 2025+ model, enabling you to achieve race-winning power gains with one parts package. Each component has been designed to work with the rest of the parts in the package, ensuring a performance upgrade that bolts on and is ready to help you cross the finish line faster than ever.

NORTH AMERICAN MARKET ONLY: Please keep in mind that this is only available for North American market Yamaha YZF-R3 motorcycles ONLY. All orders placed outside of the North American region will be canceled.

This ECU reflash was tuned using premium 93 octane pump gasoline. 93 octane should always be used when operating with this tune.

Stage 2 Tune Features

Developed specifically for the WORX Pack components
Optimizes fuel maps for safe and reliable power gains
Advanced ignition timing to improve top-end power
Increases rev limiter by 600 RPM
Decreased fan activation temperature
Disables stock O2 sensor
Increases power throughout the rev range
12% increase in peak power, and as much as 18% increase in power at top end before rev limiter compared to stock bike
6.5% increase in peak power, and as much as 11% increase in power at top end before rev limiter compared to Stage 1 configuration
Torque increases throughout the rev range with 10-15% in the top-end
Optional deceleration fuel cut for less engine braking and more exhaust pops and bangs
Tuned on 93 pump gasoline

This ECU reflash was tuned using premium 93 octane pump gasoline. 93 octane should always be used when operating with this tune.

AFTER TUNE: Please note that a temporary check engine light will appear after flashing due to being powered out of the motorcycle. Don't stress, the check engine light will clear itself after two ride cycles and does not affect the performance or functionality of your motorcycle.

Q: Do I ship my ECU to you?
A: Yes, it is your responsibility to ship an undamaged stock 2025+ Yamaha YZF-R3 ECU to our facility in Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly.

Q: Where do I ship my ECU?
A: 623 Pleasant Street, Lake Helen FL, 32744 - Please include your order number.

Q: Do I pay for shipping if I am sending you my ECU?
A: Yes - it is your responsibility to properly package your ECU and send it to our facility in Florida.

Q: Why is this tuned for full system exhausts?
A: We wanted to achieve the best performance gains possible with by optimizing the most common performance upgrade done to the Yamaha CP3 motor while retaining the reliability it's known for.

Q: I'm located outside of the United States. Will I have to pay duties on this item?
A: Some countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. We have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will be. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these additional costs.
