With another ASRA MOTO3 National Championship trophy on our shelf, the engineering and months of hard work that led us to that shiny piece of hardware is now ready to transform your Kawasaki Ninja 400. Every component was chosen or specifically designed to be entirely bolt-on, meaning that you don't need to permanently modify your Ninja 400 in any way, and that you receive the highest performance boost for your dollar that we could design. With the entire parts packaged optimized to work together, the Stage 2 WORX Spec Performance Tune is the thread that ties them all together and ensures your bike takes full advantage of the components increased performance. Tuning each cylinder individually enabled us to refine the performance of the engine for not only increased performance and peak power but overall rideability and power delivery, too. The smooth power output, increased torque, and increased horsepower combines to provide an immediate and noticeable increase that is sure to slap a grin on your face every time you turn the throttle.

Premium 91-93 octane fuel is required for expected results and safety against knock.

OPTIONAL EXHAUST SYSTEMS
All WORX Pack development, testing, and reported power gains were achieved using the Graves Motorsports Full System Exhaust, however, you will gain comparable numbers using a similar full-system exhaust such as the Yoshimura below.
If you do not have a full system exhaust already, installing one is a must if you want to gain the full benefit of the TST WORX Pack. Click on the exhaust to see more details and photos, then simply choose the exhaust you want to include in the options above.
Stage 2 Tune Features
- Stage 2 WORX Tune developed for the following:
- Provides 13% increase in area under the curve with 14.2% increase to peak power
- Increased rev limit of 12,500 RPM
- Eliminates OEM air injection system (AIS)
- Eliminates factory closed loop O2 system
- Eliminates fuel injector deceleration cut for easier corner entry and braking
- Remapped fuel tables for cylinders 1 and 2 separately across multiple throttle openings enable a smooth power delivery
- Remapped ignition timing helps torque production and throttle response
- Eliminates EVAP system error code after system removal
- Eliminates gearing fault code when drive chain gear ratios are changed to non-OEM configurations
- Disables top speed limiter
Requirements
This tune was designed to work with ALL of the components in this bundle
It is your responsibility to ship an undamaged and unmodified 2018-2023 Ninja 400 OEM ECU to our facility in Lake Helen, Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly. Once the ECU is tuned, we'll ship your newly flashed ECU back to you for installation. Please note that if your "Check Engine" light is on previous to an ECU tune, the light may remain on after the reflash and will need to be cleared manually.
If your ECU does not meet the requirements required to be flashed, we will not be able to perform the programming required to take full advantage of the other components in this bundle. It is your responsibility to confirm that your ECU is unmodified and undamaged before purchasing.
Q: Am I responsible for the cost to ship my ECU to TST for the tune? A: Yes, it is your responsibility to ship an undamaged and unmodified Ninja 400 OEM ECU to our facility in Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly.
Q: How long do I have to send my ECU in for the tune?
A: 3 weeks - after that time period, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Q: Where do I ship my ECU?
A: 623 Pleasant Street, Lake Helen FL, 32744 - Please include your order number.
Q: When will my other items ship?
A: All items in this bundle will ship when your ECU is tuned and shipped back to you.
Q: I'm located outside of the United States. Will I have to pay duties on this item? A: Some countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. We have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will be. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these additional costs.
