All development and testing was performed using the Graves Motorsports Full System Exhaust, however, you will gain comparable numbers using a similar full system exhaust. It is required to have a full system exhaust to reach the full WORX Pack potential.

You are responsible for sending us a stock, untuned, undamaged, and unmodified Ninja 500 ECU. We will flash the ECU and send your updated ECU back to you. Once an ECU is flashed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Description

Our WORX engineers took what we learned as we won multiple ASRA Moto3 National Championships and applied our race-winning technology to our 2024 Ninja 500, then optimized it for the new 451cc power plant. Every component was chosen or specifically designed to be completely bolt-on, meaning that you don't need to permanently modify your Ninja 500 in any way, enabling you to revert back to stock trim in the future if you wish. We also put each part together to create a pack that provides the highest performance boost for your money that we could design, ensuring your money is well spent on immediately notable power gains. With the entire parts package optimized to work together, our Stage 2 WORX Performance Tune is the thread that ties them all together to ensure your Ninja 500 is fully optimized to take advantage of the new hardware. Tuning each cylinder individually enabled us to refine the performance of the 451cc motor for not only increased performance and peak power but also overall readability and smooth power delivery, too. Each part combines to provide the performance edge you need to separate yourself from the pack and assert race day dominance.

NORTH AMERICAN MARKET ONLY: Please keep in mind that this is only available for North American market Ninja 500 motorcycles ONLY. All orders placed outside of the North American region will be canceled.

Premium 91-93 octane fuel is required for expected results and safety against knock.

Requirements

This tune was designed to work with ALL of the components in this bundle.

It is your responsibility to ship an undamaged and unmodified 2024+ Ninja 500 OEM ECU to our facility in Lake Helen, Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly. Once the ECU is tuned, we'll ship your newly flashed ECU back to you for installation. Please note that if your "Check Engine" light is on previous to an ECU tune, the light may remain on after the reflash and will need to be cleared manually.

If your ECU does not meet the requirements required to be flashed, we will not be able to perform the programming required to take full advantage of the other components in this bundle. It is your responsibility to confirm that your ECU is unmodified and undamaged before purchasing.

Q: Am I responsible for the cost to ship my ECU to TST for the tune?
A: Yes, it is your responsibility to ship an undamaged and unmodified Ninja 500 OEM ECU to our facility in Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly.

Q: How long do I have to send my ECU in for the tune?
A: 3 weeks - after that time period, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Q: Where do I ship my ECU?
A: 623 Pleasant Street, Lake Helen FL, 32744 - Please include your order number.

Q: When will my other items ship?
A: All items in this bundle will ship when your ECU is tuned and shipped back to you.

Q: I'm located outside of the United States. Will I have to pay duties on this item?
A: Some countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. We have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will be. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these additional costs.

Q: What is your return and warranty policy?
