Q: Do I have to do any drilling or cutting?
A: No - All parts are designed to be entirely bolt-on, meaning that we designed it to install without any modification to the stock components.
Q: Am I responsible for the cost of shipping my ECU to TST for the tune?
A: Yes, it is your responsibility to ship an undamaged and unmodified Suzuki GSX-8R / GSX08S OEM ECU to our facility in Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly.
Q: How long do I have to send my ECU in for the tune?
A: 3 weeks - after that time period, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Q: Where do I ship my ECU?
A: 623 Pleasant Street, Lake Helen FL, 32744 - Please include your order number.
Q: When will my other items ship?
A: All items in this bundle will ship when your ECU is tuned and shipped back to you.
Q: I'm located outside of the United States. Will I have to pay duties on this item?
A: Some countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. We have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will be. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these additional costs.
