Customer Success Specialist
As a customer success specialist, you will ensure customers of TST Industries enjoy as valuable of an experience as possible throughout their interaction with the brand. This extends beyond technical support, as we strive to provide pre-purchase advice, logical checking of order parameters, problem resolution, sportbike related tips, and long term relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective buyers and established customers. Common mediums of communication include telephone, email, marketplace messages, social media, and in-person.
  • Process order changes, cancellations, refunds, returns and fraud screenings.
  • Manage the fulfillment of special orders.
  • Meet a standard of work performance that reflects positively on the brands reputation.

Technical Requirements

  • Requires 1-3 years previous customer service related experience.
  • Basic computer skills with efficient use of standard office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Must be able to type quickly.
  • Ability to speak proficiently and professionally on the telephone.
  • Must be able to understand the features & specifications of our products and represent them via benefits, explanations, etc…
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of sport bikes and sport bike culture is a must.

Schedule/Compensation/Benefits

  • This job description relates to a full time position with working hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm EST.
  • Hourly compensation of $14-$16/hr, depending on experience.
  • Medical insurance and matching retirement benefits available.
  • All major holidays are paid days off, if holiday falls on a work day.
  • Ability to accrue up to 96 hours (12 work days) of paid time off on a yearly basis (for full time employees that have been employed for 6 months to 2 years).
  • TST products are available for purchase at cost to employees.
  • Join other TST employees on the race track where advanced training is available.
