During the development of our WORX R3 and Ninja 400 superbikes, we needed a race-specific chain that could deliver the performance we wanted and withstand the abuse of the most demanding race weekends, and the D.I.D 520 ERT3 delivers just that. The non O-ring design provides less friction compared to O-ring chains, reducing parasitic loss and delivering more power to the rear wheel. When paired with the right sprocket setup, the D.I.D 520 ERT3 chain proves to be a key ingredient of track day success. Our multiple ASRA Moto3 National Championships are a small portion of the championship-winning teams around the globe that utilize this exact chain on their podium-winning machines. No one wants to field test crash protection, but am happy to day that these worked amazingly. Got run off the road into a construction wall, and aside from a chewed up clutch lever and some road rash on the fairings my bike is back in action.
