Detailed Description

D.I.D redefined the chain industry with the introduction of their patented X-Ring technology, which replaces the standard o-ring with a unique design that reduces friction, seals in lubrication, and keeps dirt out. Where the cross-section of a standard O-ring is circular, D.I.D's X-Ring cross-section is an "X" shape. This improved design provides additional contact points and improved performance under pressure, decreasing friction between side plates and reducing power loss by 50% compared to standard O-rings. The VX3 chain provides exceptional throttle response due to increased chain rigidity and superior resistance to stretching, bowing, or warping. With proper maintenance, this x-ring VX3 chain can provide smooth and reliable performance longer than any o-ring or non-sealed chain.
