Orders placed through the website generally have a processing time of 1–3 business days. This time frame may be extended due to office closures, inclement weather, or necessary communication with the customer.

TST Industries products carry a limited two-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty term officially begins at the time of purchase.

The warranty only covers manufacturer defects in workmanship and/or materials.

To begin a warranty claim:

1. Email TST support at support@tstindustries.com or fill out the form under General Inquiries on their website's "Contact Us" tab.
2. The customer must return the defective product to TST Industries at their own expense, along with the required proof of purchase.
3. Once TST determines a manufacturer defect exists, the product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the warranty terms.
