Discusses the Total Crash Protection Packs as they apply to the 2013+ model generation of the CBR600RR. The products would apply nearly identically for the 2007-2012 generation (exactly the same for fork sliders, bar ends, and swingarm protection), with the exception of the frame sliders (body fairings changed so the kit changes ever so slightly).

Crash protectors move the point of impact and abrasion away from the fairings and controls, and can save you hundreds of dollars in repair costs after sustaining a crash. For best results and maximum protection, it is recommended to install the bar ends, fork, frame, and swingarm crash protectors. The Level 2 Protection Pack gives you better protection for your swingarm (as compared to Level 1)  while still giving you the option to purchase swingarm spools for easy use of a paddock stand. You can also customize the look of your package by adding different color frame slider center caps and bar end rings to your order.

Awesome kit to have on ur 600rr, all the pieces are top notch stuff! TST is the place to buy from....

Advantages: Protection for ur bike, save valuable important pieces in the even of a slide/crash

This customer purchased the item at our site.
A nice package to provide slide protection for your bike. Took me a few hours to install everything, this kit will involve cutting fairings, removing your rear axel and adjusting the chain tensioners. So if you're not used to that type of maintenance you may need a shop to install. I myself was nervous cutting my fairings on my 2021 CBR.

Advantages: Adds protection where it's needed; videos provided for step by step installation

Disadvantages: Requires drilling fairings (offset sliders just aren't worth the risk of failure, if you're going to do it, you might as well do it right) so not for the faint of heart. If you cut a hole only for the bolts and spacer to pass through (small hole isn't as visible, so looks better) you will have to remove the slide each time you take the fairing off as it replaces the engine bolt.
