RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURNS:

No item will be accepted for return without prior approval. All approved returns must be accompanied with a return authorization (RMA) number and must be in new and unused condition.

To obtain an RMA number, please email our Support Team. All RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. Pre-paid return shipping labels are not provided.

All returns are subject to restocking fees. No return will be accepted on special orders, closeout or discontinued items, or purchases older than 30 days. Refunds are issued in the form of payment received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee and all applicable freight charges. Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing of the return once the product(s) are received. Refunds may take 2-10 business days to reflect back to the original payment method, depending on your financial establishment.

PLEASE NOTE:  

No returns will be accepted for custom orders or special order parts. These items include suspension components, custom brake lines, speciality windscreens, and shocks. Exhausts are eligible for return if returned in new, uninstalled, undamaged condition with original packaging and material from manufacturer.
