You can tell this tail light was thoughtfully designed for this bike. It looks awesome, the leds are super bright, and the installation video makes this install extremely easy.

Advantages: Looks great, easy install, bright, no more turn signals.

Disadvantages: Literally none. Although you will need a closeout panel if you don't have one already (look a bit off without one).

Bought the bundle (with relay and plate light). My bracket was different than the one in their video, but installed perfect. My plate LED did not come with the little red screw on wire connectors in video, but the resistors (I didn’t need) came with 4 big blue wire connectors. I used 2 for the plate LED wires.

Advantages: Works great, very bright (plate LED maybe too bright), and looks super. Very easy to install. Hopefully it survives off-road abuse.
Plugging in the relay is easier than wiring the resistors for blinkers would be.

Disadvantages: The tail light does not have a white light underneath to light the license plate like the original. If I were designing the light, I would have included a white LED underneath. Wiring the “add-on” plate LED was the most difficult part of installation. The tail light wiring harness could include plugs for the plate light, the bulky blue ones I used took up a lot of space under the seat.
Expensive, but worth it if nothing breaks.

Installation was breeze just followed the installation video and I was done within 10 minutes. Fix the hyper flashing. Thank you so much.

This set of turn signals is what I'd consider the pinnacle of lights on the 2018 Ninja 650. The construction of the housing and the lights themselves are way above the price-point you see here. The engineering really paid off on these. The plug-n-play of their components makes this a no-brainer. You have to fight the clips and friction locks on the bike more than anything made by TST!

I can't rave enough about these things because their brightness, maximum length of throw, and slick as heck design make them a downright must have on your Ninja.

Advantages: - Incredible brightness
- Beautiful design
- Flush mounting precision
- Ability to visually tell from my own perspective that the light is indeed on and letting everyone know where I'm headed.

Disadvantages: Find one, I dare you.

This relay was a quick and easy plug and play install. First test and it worked like a charm!

Advantages: No more hyperflashing and you can set the flash speed yourself if you choose or use the factory setting.

Disadvantages: None that I've found.

Installing these on my MT-09, was a piece or cake, because TST provides the mounting adapters, the wiring harness, and the LED relay. TST prices are much more reasonable than those big overpriced online sellers.

Advantages: They are smaller and look much nicer than the outdated stock ones that come on the bike. They are also much brighter.

Disadvantages: I can't think of any.
