Very impressed with the quality and finish, along with the weight reduction this is a huge performance upgrade.

Advantages: Substantially less weight from OEM Sprocket and has an awesome look and finish to it. Rotational mass reduction is huge on any bike especially on the smaller bikes.

Disadvantages: Not having it sooner!

Despite the minor issues, this is a kit any CBR600RR owner should purchase. The sound and aggressive look of the exhaust and awesome appearance of the lights makes this a must have.

Advantages: This is truly a very good kit. There were some minor complications here and there, but for the most part the install went smooth. Once everything was installed and fairings replaced, I was shocked at how much the ascetics of the bike had changed for the better. As another reviewer suggested, this is how the bike should look coming out of the factory. I installed a K&N air filter and a Power Commander 5 along with this kit. The Power Commander is a must have if any modification is done to the air entering or exiting the system. Performance will be compromised otherwise.
I was concerned about the flush mount lights reducing the visibility other drivers have for me. This cannot be since the TCT lights are considerably brighter than the OEM lights. Additionally, I left the relay off to allow for the high flash rate to increase visibility even more. All electronics worked without having to jerry-rig anything and there were no connectivity issues. Everything worked right the first time.



Disadvantages: Mid pipe issues: there was some difficulty in removing the stock exhaust. The guy in the video removed the heat shield directly above the pipe and just below the seat after he yanked out the stock exhaust. In my case, I could not do this. There was not enough space between the pipe and the heat shield to slide the pipe up and off the cat pipe at the C clamp. To remedy this, I removed the heat shield directly below the seat before continuing any attempt to remove the exhaust. Once this was done, the OEM pipe slipped right off. Also, the TST C clamp would not allow the nut to be threaded after the mid pipe was installed. I had to attach the clamp with the nut before installing the Toce mid pipe and then tighten the nut.
Fender eliminator issue: the license plate holder either makes contacts with the mid pipe or the hanger where the springs are attached to the exhaust. I didn’t want the mid pipe to get scratched up with the vibration, so I elected to have the plate holder rest against the hanger, which effectively renders the hanger and springs useless. This issue caused me to have to set the TST Stealth light off center to avoid mid pipe contact with the electronics/wiring of the light. As stated and seen in the video, the plate holder is designed for adjustability and customization. This is true, but no matter what configuration I tried there was contact of some kind with either directly to the mid pipe or the spring hanger.

Could not have been easier to install, and was well worth the wait. Make sure that you get license plate light, and holder. You DO NOT need the relay!

This makes it so much easier to remove the license plate. However, it could end up being a con so beware. But this can be fixed by replacing the nuts they give you.

Somewhat tough to get the plate mounted due to the small amount of room you have to tighten the nuts. Doesn't take more than 10 minutes though. Make sure you have a 10mm wrench to reach up in there. If you want to use mounting option 1, you WILL have to remove the rear passenger pegs.

I got the whole pack installed, and wasn't difficult at all, just took a bit of time. I really like how it cleaned up the bike, but I'm not sure how I feel about the flush mount front signals. On the one hand the smoke makes them disappear on my blacked out r3, but on the other hand the running lights with the smoked lens leave a lot to be desired. Smoked with hyper white looks like a half-dead flashlight to me. Probably will have to take out the running lights even though I was really looking forward to them. Maybe I'll use a LED strip underneath somewhere?

I can't overemphasize what a difference this makes to the look of the tail. Combined with the high mount license plate holder with LED light, the whole rear section looks ten times better than stock. Bart and the team have done an exceptional job making these items look oem. Installation was a breeze and I love the fact that you don't need to cut/splice/solder or tap any wires. Truly plug 'n play.

Advantages: Great aesthetics, extremely bright LED, great visibility of indicators even from 90 degrees. Everything fits perfectly.

Disadvantages: None.

This lights look awesome on this bike. Kinda wish I would have gotten the running light option now. Install is super easy.

Advantages: Smaller profile. Doesnt flap around when riding at high speeds.

Best purchase I've made for my Grom. The installation videos were great and answered most of the questions I had. Thanks Bart. This kit is awesome and cleaned up my Grom, and the exhaust is LOUD! I found the price to be fair and it was well worth it, you get what you pay for.

Advantages: Easy installation, perfect fit and finish, Anyone with a basic toolset can install everything no problem. Lighting is nice and bright, still visible in direct sunlight.

Disadvantages: None.
