Item works as it should, however for the late model Groms it should be noted that the spacers should be used for a visibility function. You should be informed in the description not just under the recommended accessories tab. I have no problem paying for the spacers after the fact but it would have been nice to see that in the description. To be charged another $7 for shipping up the east coast of 2 plastic spacers is not acceptable.

What you see is what you get. A direct replacement multifunction light to clean up the back of your bike. WARNING If you click the "Buy together and save" link for the flasher relay your selections for "smoked" and such will be reset. Also I picked up some micro LED bulbs and popped two holes in the fender eliminator kit for a tag light and it works perfectly.

Lens has some nice little aggressive ridges instead of just smooth

Disadvantages: Super bright buddy behind me was blinded when stopping at night.
Signals are very close together making it hard to decifer which direction is flashing
No integrated tag light (may not be a con for some but the fender eliminator puts the tag perfectly in position to have a directional LED pointed out the bottom of this unit.)

These are a much needed change from the Yamaha Lollipops! The fit and finish is quite good, and the plastic 'wingnut' performed much better than I assumed it would. The rubber spacer fit great. Paired with the Yamaha-specific harness (purchased separately), install was made much easier.

Advantages: Most importantly- It looks much cleaner. The smoked version blends nicely with my black fairings when not lit; Uniformly bright LEDs (from the side); Visually seems weather resistant/sealed well against water. Very good price point.

Disadvantages: Although these signals are VERY bright when viewed perpendicular from the side, they are quite noticeably dim head on. It really is too bad nobody thought to mount a few forward-facing LEDs for this reason. Not a deal breaker, but enough where I feel it warrants 4/5 stars. Easily a 5-star product if that were to be addressed.

The delrin puck, the aluminum bracket, the spacers, all have a top of the line feel and don't detract from the look of the bike.

Really impressive stuff, TST make frame sliders feel like an upgrade rather than just crash protection.

Just finished installing the MECH-GTR front turn signals on my 2017 FZ 09. A bit more challenging than I expected but not that bad. I had to reroute the wiring on the right side a few times to find the right path to avoid any interference with the side cover installation.
I love the new look and great functionality. Truly plug and play.

Advantages: Cleaner streamlined look.

Disadvantages: Installation is a bit challenging but the video helps.

Super fast installation. Maybe 5 min. Works perfect.
