Unfortauntely i went down 2 days ago on my bike at about 25/30mph in the rain.. all I can say is thank you TST for making a $200 protection kit instead of me having to buy a new set of fairings.

100000% will have these on any and every bike I own.


Advantages: easy to install
protects from crash damage


Disadvantages: you can't just order one bar end

I received this pack last week. 3 days later I dropped my bike in the driveway. It saved my bike. Slight damage to my left foot peg and a scratch on my mirror. That’s it.

Advantages: Protected my bike. Exactly what I need it for.

Disadvantages: A little pricey but worth every penny.

I purchased these roughly six months ago. Dream to fit and look great on the bike. Today I tested them out. Hit a patch of ice on the road and low sided at low speed.
The sliders held up great with minor damage.
The only damage done to the bike was the case to the water pump near the rear brake pedal.
So after testing these out fairly happy with the results.

Advantages: Protected all the expensive parts. If I didn’t have the protection pack, there would have been damage to the whole right side of my bike.

Disadvantages: Only disadvantage at this stage is I can’t find replacement pucks. Not sure if they can be purchased separately or you need to buy the whole pack again.

totally worth the investment. when a car sideswiped me and knocked me off the MT07, the frame and rear sliders kept the bike off the ground and sliding safely. I think the sliders kept the bike off my leg too. the bike only suffered one small scratch and i only suffered embarrassment.

This protection pack is great. Everything is easy to install and I now have peace-of-mind knowing my bike is protected in the event of a low-side crash (thankfully I haven't seen these "tested" yet). I'll be honest, though: the price seems a bit high for such simple parts...

Less then 2 hours after I purchased my fiancé her FZ-07 she wheelied it through an intersection. After the repairs I wasn’t taking any chances and went ahead and ordered these and I’m very glad I did. I can honestly say that in the event your FZ-07 goes for a slide that they will protect the bike as intended. I thought about replacing them just because of the scratches on the sliders but for how it went down and how they look they held up very well.

Advantages: Fits well, product holds up as it should, and I bought the exact same set for my FZ-09.

Disadvantages: None what so ever.
