The order's shipment destination must reside within the United States of America. The free shipping options still utilize our standard postage providers and 3rd party shipping companies. We have extremely strict QC processes that inspect every aspect of our tail lights, and that means we end up with some that function perfectly but fail the inspection due to some form of blemish on the unit itself. We think they still deserve a chance to find a home on somebody's BMW, which is why we've knocked a massive 50% off the regular price and posted them in our TST Garage Sale.
