This ECU reflash was tuned using premium 91 octane pump gasoline. 91 octane should always be used when operating with this tune.
Description
The fourth generation Yamaha MT-09 is a blast to ride, but why not make it even better? That's why we passed our in-house 2024 Yamaha MT-09 over to our WORX Racing Division engineer team to let them unleash their racing and tuning knowledge on the Yamaha CP3. Their engineering and tuning efforts have led our TST Race Team to multiple ASRA National Championships, and have proven that the Yamaha MT-09 can be even more fun with the right tune! Not only does our TST Performance ECU Tune enable your CP3 to deliver more horsepower, but it also raises the peak torque figures. Horsepower is raised by as much as 9%, while the peak torque is shifted up the RPM range without dipping below the stock curve. This tune also optimizes the MT-09 by adjusting or disabling a wide range of parameters that aid in overall performance and operational improvements. Don't settle for stock performance when gains are this easy, give your 2024+ Yamaha MT-09 an extra kick of power that you can feel with every twist of the throttle.
This tune was specifically designed to work with aftermarket full system exhaust and the stock air filter, although aftermarket air filters can be used without negative performance effects.
AFTER TUNE: Please be aware that a temporary Check Engine Light will appear and the Mode button will be temporarily disabled after reinstalling your flashed ECU. These issues will clear after two or three ride cycles and the dash will return to normal.

Q: Do I ship my ECU to you? A: Yes, it is your responsibility to ship an undamaged stock Yamaha MT-09 / MT-09 SP stock ECU to our facility in Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly.

Q: Do I pay for shipping if I am sending you my ECU? A: Yes - it is your responsibility to properly package your ECU and send it to our facility in Florida.
Q: Why is this tuned for full system exhausts? A: We wanted to achieve the best performance gains possible with by optimizing the most common performance upgrade done to the Yamaha CP3 motor while retaining the reliability it's known for.
Q: I'm located outside of the United States. Will I have to pay duties on this item? A: Some countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. We have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will be. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these additional costs.
