Description

Our TST Twill Carbon Fiber Front Fender is designed specifically to replace the Honda OEM front fender on your Honda CBR600RR and create a more modern style while shedding unsprung mass from the front suspension. Our carbon fiber fender installs in minutes using the same mount points and hardware as the OEM unit, making installation a breeze. Each fender is crafted from Toray aviation grade Carbon Fiber PrePreg using metal molds in an autoclave to produce void-free carbon fiber. The post trimming is performed via CNC machining to assure a precise and accurate fitment. Carbon fiber has a 7-9 times greater tensile strength when compared to steel and is the lightest (and sexiest) material on the market. Each fender is coated in a UV protectant to resist fading or yellowing, ensuring it keeps its sexy and aggressive look for years to come.
