Description

Give your Kawasaki Ninja 400 or Ninja 500 an aggressive, modern, and race-inspired look with our Twill Carbon Fiber Front Fender. We designed this piece specifically to be a direct replacement of the plastic stock Kawasaki fender and use it on both our in-house street Ninja 400 and our Moto3 ASRA National Championship winning Ninja 400 race bike. Not only does it decrease unsprung weight from the suspension, but it looks freaking awesome. Kawasaki designed some aggressive lines in the Ninja, and the high gloss twill weave compliments them perfectly. We produce all of our carbon fiber components from Toray aviation-grade carbon fiber prepreg using metal molds in an autoclave. The post-cure trimming is performed via CNC machined to achieve a precise and accurate fitment. Carbon fiber has a 7-9 times greater tensile strength when compared to steel so you're not only dropping weight but also gaining component strength. Each front fender is coated with a high gloss clear coat that provides UV protection to resist fading and yellowing, ensuring it keeps its sexy and aggressive look for years to come.
