Description

Removing the stock fender on the 2022+ Yamaha MT-10 can result in a much cleaner look and enables you to ditch some unnecessary weight, but it also results in an unsightly gap on the undertail. This gap not only looks bad, but can serve as a point of entry for dirt and debris to enter your subtray and potentially damage the seat key lock. That's why we developed our exclusive Undertail Closeout. This precision-crafted closeout fills the void on the undertail with a color and texture-matched ABS polymer alloy panel that is specifically designed to match the surrounding areas and converge the undertail design lines. The easy-to-access seat lock mechanism and top-side fastening put the focus on the overall MT-10 design language. That unmatched attention to detail results in a component that looks like it rolled out of the factory already installed on your MT-10.

A: No - this page only offers the undertail closeout panel, which is ideal for racers or street riders that utilize different means of displaying their license plate. If you're looking for a kit that includes both the undertail closeout and a license plate bracket solution, check out our Elite-1 Fender Eliminator kit.

Q: What does texture-matched mean?
A: Our engineering and design department went the extra mile to match the fine texture that is present on the Yamaha MT-10's stock black plastic undertail to ensure that our undertail closeout looks as natural and "stock" as possible. We want to enhance the look of your MT-10, not detract from it.
