Description

When the oversized factory rear fender is removed, the second-generation Yamaha R7 is left with an exposed opening in the undertail that can let water, dirt, and general road debris enter the undertail. Not only does this pose a few issues, but it also looks unfinished and like you're missing a part of your undertail panel. To solve this, we developed an undertail closeout that cleanly fills the open area with a lightweight yet durable solution. The undertail panel is carefully contoured to follow the natural lines and angles of the surrounding R7 undertail geometry. Combine that with the color and texture-matched construction, and you're left with a part that seamlessly fits in with an OEM-style appearance.
