Q: What is a refundable "core charge"?
A: A core charge is a partial refund that we issue in return for providing us with your OEM, non-modified, airbox covers that we can then use for remanufacturing. Your airbox covers MUST be in good condition and free of any contaminants, debris, or damage in order for us to consider them usable.
Q: If I want the $20 refund, do I have to pay to ship my stock airbox covers to you?
A: Yes - you are fully responsible for properly packaging and shipping your airbox cover to our facility in Florida. You can return them using the TST packaging you received as part of your order. You MUST include your original packing slip in the package for us to process your refundable core charge.
Q: What do I need to include in the package to get my refundable core charge?
A: Please include your unmodified OEM airbox covers (both left and right covers) and your TST packing slip showing you ordered the TST WORX Airbox Covers. Again, your airbox covers MUST be in good condition and free of any contaminants, debris, or damage in order for us to consider them usable. If they do not meet these requirement, we will not be able to use, will not issue the refundable core charge, and will not ship them back.
Q: Can I do this without making any other changes to my bike?
A: Sure you can, but to really get the proper benefits of this modification, you'll need to pair this with a full exhaust, high-flow air filter, and a proper tune.
Q: Do I have to leave the side fairings off like in the photos?
A: Yes - that enables the additional airflow to enter the modified airbox. We know it's not the most attractive modification, but championships are built on performance, not looks.
Q: I'm located outside of the United States. Will I have to pay duties on this item?
A: Some countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. We have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will be. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these additional costs.
