Adding an aftermarket full system exhaust to your 2023+ Suzuki GSX-8S is a phenomenal upgrade in terms of style and performance, but tuning your engine to run optimally with that exhaust is a critical step to keeping your ride reliable. That's where our WORX program steps in. We developed a tune to compliment your aftermarket full system exhaust to ensure your 8S's engine isn't running too lean, as well as smooth out the power delivery and optimize parameters for the best possible performance. Just select your exhaust in the drop-down, or input the name of your system, ship us your ECU, and you'll be back on the road and ready to enjoy the power gains!

Stage 1 Tune Features
This ECU reflash was tuned using premium 91-93 octane pump gasoline. 91-93 octane should always be used when operating with this tune. *Toce exhaust Dyno results were gathered on a different day than the Akrapovic and Arrow exhaust results. DescriptionWe love the sound, style, and performance gains that come from installing an aftermarket full system exhaust, but we also know that some bikes need a proper tune to ensure they remain reliable and are taking full advantage of that extra airflow, and we found that both our Suzuki GSX-8S and GSX-8R are perfect examples of that situation. Removing the restrictive stock exhaust and installing an aftermarket one provides some impressive performance gains by itself, but it also causes the 8S/8R to run too lean and the dash to potentially display error codes and check engine lights. That can be problematic for your motor and limits the performance benefits. That's why our WORX racing program stepped in to develop a tune that flashes the ECU for the more free-flowing aftermarket exhaust, ensuring you're motor operates within safe parameters, and optimizes the power output for maximum performance. We also disabled all of the potential fault codes associated with installing an exhaust so that your dash doesn't light up like a Christmas tree every time you want to go for a ride. All you need to do is select your exhaust from the drop down above, or write it in the field if we don't have it available, and send us your ECU to be flashed. With a process as easy as that, there's no need to risk damaging your Suzuki by running too lean, get a flash tune and feel the difference!
