Protect your 2019+ Yamaha R3 by moving the point of impact and abrasion away from your fairings and expensive controls with the Womet-Tech Frame Slider kit. Repair costs associated with a simple low-side can add up quickly, so help minimize the chance of severe damage with a consumable delrin slider puck that mounts directly to the frame through our precision engineered CNC machined spacers. At TST, we firmly believe that the only effective method of installation for frame sliders is mounting them directly to the frame. We have seen far too many examples of no-cut frame sliders cause more damage than protection due to their bracketed mounting method that avoids cutting the fairings. This is why we only engineer and offer the most effective frame slider kit possible for your Yamaha R3. We fully understand that the thought of cutting your fairings can be overwhelming, but don't worry! We provide an easy to use cutting template and have a step-by-step installation video that you can follow along with to ensure you get your frame sliders properly installed and your R3 protected.

Q: Do I have to cut my fairing to install this?
A: Yes. We stand behind the quality of cut frame sliders as no-cut frame sliders do not provide the same amount of protection and cause more damage due to the bracketed mounting method in many cases. Therefore, you will need to cut holes in the right and left mid fairing in order to mount them properly and get adequate crash protection.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive this once I order it?

I really like how easy the install was for these. I WAS hesitant at first and a bit standoff-ish to drilling into my own fairings, but after some deliberation of having my dealership install them for me i decided to save some money and do it myself. The template is fairly accurate, I WOULD suggest a 2-1/8" hole/circle saw rather than a std. 2" I used the 2" and this was my first attempt at cutting a motorcycle fairing. I went out and bought new Milwaukee hole saw from H.D. and installation took me about 3 hr total. I think getting the fairing nice and warm helps the cut too.

Advantages: Template was a godsend and is a cut-style which means its at a better location than a no-cut style.

Wish I got these before my crashes. LOL. Better late than never. At least I'm ready for future mishaps. I'm pretty sure these would be solid protection.

I opted to install the frame slider after the fairing went on for ease of installation. The only drawback was I wouldn't be able to utilize the cap. The trade off is worth it if you work on your own bike a lot.

Advantages: Excellent installation video. All TST videos are great.
Looks great and blends in with bike.

Disadvantages: Takes a little longer to install than no-cut versions BUT it's totally worth it.

Just installed on my 2021 R3 and the fit great! Hopefully I won’t ever actually NEED to use them but I feel confident my bike would be safe!

A must have for any R3! Installation was quick and stress free with the instructions and pattern they give and attaching it to the bike was a breeze. Put the cap on and they look clean and mean!

Advantages: Easy to follow Instructions
Protect the bike from any sliding damage
Looks clean with the cap cover

Disadvantages: None that I can think of

No one wants to field test crash protection, but am happy to day that these worked amazingly. Got run off the road into a construction wall, and aside from a chewed up clutch lever and some road rash on the fairings my bike is back in action.
