Description
The traditional frame sliders you find on the market are built around a solid, rigid design meant to keep impact away from your bike's most critical components. There's still one massive issue with that design - the rigid nature of the design can still send a large amount of force straight into your motorcycle’s frame and engine mounting points. We wanted to solve that problem differently. Enter the next evolution of frame slider technology. Developed and refined through more than two years of testing, this system uses a multi-piece puck assembly built around a crushable internal core. In the event of an impact, that core is designed to compress and spread out impact energy, helping reduce peak impact force by up to 60% and lowering the chance of expensive damage to your frame, engine mounts, and surrounding components. These sliders are built with durable materials and have been put through repeated static and dynamic impact testing to deliver dependable protection when it matters most. Each kit includes our black accent sleeves, with optional colors available for riders who want to tie the protection into the overall look of their build.
Installation on the Yamaha FZ-07 / MT-07 / XSR700 is designed to be clean and straightforward, using existing mounting locations with no body panels to cut, grind, or modify. Since the FZ-07 and MT-07 are naked bikes, this kit integrates naturally with the exposed chassis and engine layout while adding serious protection where it counts.
