Most frame sliders use a rigid design that may protect against direct contact, but can still transfer harsh impact forces into your frame and engine mounting points. We took a smarter approach. Enter the new evolution of crash protection. Developed through more than two years of testing, this multi-piece puck assembly uses a crushable internal core designed to compress and disperse impact energy, helping to reduce peak impact force by up to 60% and lowering the risk of costly damage to critical components. Built from durable materials and tested in both static and dynamic impact scenarios, these sliders deliver dependable protection when it matters most. Installation on the 2022-2025 Yamaha YZF-R7 is clean and straightforward process, using existing mounting locations with no cutting, grinding, or fairing modification required.
This kit comes standard with our black accent sleeves, but if you want to add a custom touch to your R7, you can easily swap them out for one of our other available color options. Additional accent sleeves are sold separately, giving you an easy way to personalize your bike while keeping the included black set as a backup for future style changes.
