Went down recently and noticed the spool took the impact but the screw itself is now flush with the swingarm which needs to be extracted.

Advantages: Takes the impact on a crash

Disadvantages: Screw can be broken off leaving you to do extra work to extract it.

quality product that loooks and feels great. only issue is that i had to grind down a bit of material of the inner locking pins. they were too long and would not allow the cap to close fully.

Advantages: no key requried to open

I've been looking for these for awhile. There are a great improvement over the terrible looking OEM signals. Installation is pretty straight forward but the video was very helpful with insight into how to snake the wires through the fairing without the need to remove them. I was under the impression from the installation video it is said the signals and adapters are color coded. Yellow to yellow, black to black. I found that I actually had to go black to yellow, yellow to black and of course I found that out after I had taped/insulated and snaked back up to the top. Maybe I had a one off, but it happened on both sides. It might be a good idea to test your connections for operation up top before attaching to the fairing. I should have tested them beforehand but I let my excitement get the best of me. Regardless, everything came out ok and they work as they should. Overall 5 stars. Would recommend!

I didn't have a 16mm wrench in my little tikes toolbox so I had to use an adjustable wrench.

This little light packs a punch! Very easy to install! No splicing/soldering required! Would recommend to anyone who wants to give the cops one less reason to pull you over!

Advantages: So easy to install, it almost does it on its own. Wiring is super simple and the sticker patch is incredibly sticky!

Disadvantages: If the plate has a lip on it, the sticky part doesn't get a full contact stick. Make sure you flatten a section for maximum contact.

I just installed this light on my 06 cbr 1000rr and am truly happy with the product. It arrived quickly and the install was simply straightforward. My particular bike had damaged wires in the tail which we tricky but tst provided color coordinated institutions on wire matching which made it a snap to install. Nice product!

the high mount fixed is not bump friendly just tonight on my way to work had a large ditch the was smooth so i had fun and kinda swooped it caused the suspension to go down enough smoothly mind you didn't jump the bike that the rear tire just ate the plate. gonna get a new plate and go low mount.

Very easy to install with the connectors provided, light is very bright! Very high quality! Not the cheap Chinese lights you see on eBay. I bought 2 setl! 1 for my R1and 1 for my 1000RR!
