TST LED Front Flushmount Turn Signals for Suzuki GSX-S1000F / GSXR 600 750 1000

I love the overall look, but I had to get a little creative on the installation. The retaining nut wouldn't hold well into to the backside of fairing, even with it perfectly centered. I made shims the shape of the OE turn signals to get it to fit and stay on.

The flush mount turn signals do not cover the complete location as shown on website. They are simply too small for the designated area on the factory fearing , ( GSX1000F,2016).

Retaining nut is not sufficient, as the other user, I modified the original mount plates to suit. Signals were clearly not designed for this bike, I knew that going in though, and when mounted, it's not obvious unless you know to look for it. Aesthetically, they're great. Functionally, I'm a little concerned. They are barely visible at all in direct sunlight, possibly because that do not have a diffusive cover or maybe the simply aren't bright enough, the result is that they do not function as turn signals unless you are in the shade or driving at night. The Suzuki wiring harness worked great, and the new relay is working perfectly.

Advantages: They look good.

Disadvantages: Installation, day time operation.

These flush mount blinkers do not fit there are gaps top and bottom and the mounting bolt is also to small watse of time and money

As stated in other reviews these don't really fit the openings in the fairing properly. TST needs to enlarge the backplate of the light to fill the gaps 100 percent. The nut on the back is also a little too small.

If TST put a little more effort into this, it'd be great. Quite honestly they look very chinsy on the bike with the gaps. I'm probably going to sell these and get something better elsewhere but the five minute install on these is saving me from having to look at the obnoxious OEM turn signals.

Advantages: Quick to install

Disadvantages: Bad fitment

So most of TST's products are spot on and their videos are always super helpful. But this product just missed then mark. Fitment was subpar, and you can even see it in the video. The nut and the turn signals should have simply been larger.

HOWEVER, you can easily make this work with a slight mod. Take the OEM signal spacer, use something like a hacksaw or coping saw to cut the little nib off it to make it flat - sand if necessary. Then take a drill bit the size of the larger hole in that spacer and drill between the 2 holes. Use a file to smooth the new large slot out. This spacer will go in-between the signal and the nut. You can now tighten it to your heart's content (within reason, finger tight is fine) and will have zero issues with it popping through the opening.

Advantages: Appearance. It looks sleeker, as expected from a cosmetic mod.

Disadvantages: Not technically road legal? But I mean, they don't claim to be, so what do you expect. Nobody will care though.

I read the earlier reviews before I purchased this. I love the look but was concerned with the comments but took the risk anyway. Frankly, I must respectfully disagree with the earlier commentors. I feel this was an excellent kit and a great price. Yes, the backing nut is small but it just takes time to properly fit it. Also, I found the lights to be perfectly adequate during the day. If you look at it at a cars perspective that is where they shine the brightest, not when you're looking down at them. I would recommend this kit to anyone and I suggest that you have patience to install the kit properly and it will be fine. I definitely recommend. 5 stars. Staff also was great and supportive.

Disadvantages: To install, it just takes time and I find that many people just do not have the patience as per the earlier commenters.
