You claim to have received a broken component but continued to proceed with installing it. Only after you finalized the installation did you find it appropriate to reach out and complain about the broken piece. You did not want to reinstall your OEM components nor were you able to produce any evidence of this piece being broken upon arrival. After all this was done, you found it reasonable to threaten us with bad reviews and to tell all of your friends. Please shop elsewhere for all of your bike needs.

This pack is literally everything you'd need. I bought a brand new r7 and everything fit perfectly. Tst's videos were dead on. No issues with installing and everything worked perfect.

I use this tune on my 24 ninja 500. I've the tune on there for a season now and can say that the bikes runs with more power and runs smoothly. I run it with the full system akropravic exhaust system and love it.
