U.S. customers are offered a free shipping option for orders with a discounted subtotal greater than $150.00 (before taxes applied). The order's shipment destination must reside within the United States of America. The free shipping options still utilize our standard postage providers and 3rd party shipping companies. Once our team receives your email and initiates the RMA, you can send your product back to us and we will repair/replace the product at no cost as long as a manufacturer defect is found. Already had your Ninja 500 ECU flashed by us but need an update to accommodate new hardware or a new setup? Don't worry, we offer free reflashes as long as you send us the same ECU we previously flashed. Simply select the tune you want to upgrade to and be sure to drop in your previous tune order number, then send us your ECU, and we'll do the rest. We only charge a small shipping fee of $15.

*Please note that our Stage 3 Tune is meant to be used with our TST WORX Airbox.

You are responsible for sending us the same Ninja 500 ECU that was previously flashed. It must be an OEM and undamaged ECU. We will reflash the ECU with the tune you select and send your ECU back to you. Once an ECU is flashed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Requirements

Upgrading your motorcycle is often times a never ending project, so we fully understand the need to reflash your previously tuned ECU to accommodate a new upgrade. We've got your back. If you have purchased a TST WORX Tune previously but need to upgrade to a different tune, simply input your original ECU tune order number into the field above and then select the tune you wish to upgrade to. We don't charge for the reflash service, and only charge a small $15 shipping charge to ensure we can get your ECU right back to you after it's been updated.

Q: Do I ship my ECU to you?
A: Yes, it is your responsibility to ship same ECU that we previously tuned to our facility in Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly.

Q: Do I pay for shipping if I am sending you my ECU?
A: Yes - it is your responsibility to properly package your ECU and send it to our facility in Florida.

Q: Where do I ship my ECU?

Q: I'm located outside of the United States. Will I have to pay duties on this item?
A: Some countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. We have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will be. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these additional costs.
