Description

With the success of our Ninja 400 platform, claiming the 2020 ASRA Moto3 National Championship, we applied the same race-proven technology to our in-house Kawasaki Ninja 500 and achieved amazing results. Our WORX Airbox is specifically designed to optimize the air delivery into the 451cc motor for increased performance, especially where it's needed the most while on the track - the top end. Our premium WORX Airbox is capable of increasing the power and torque by 3-5% across the power curve when compared to our Stage 2 setup, proving to be a valuable component in a race-dominating machine. Our Stage 3 WORX Tune was developed to accompany the installation of the WORX Airbox, but we make the option to include the tune optional for those racers who want to tune their Ninja 500 themselves. Our hand-assembled Ninja 500 airbox uses premium materials that provide not only performance benefits, but it looks great while doing it. The Toray carbon fiber intake construction mounts to a high-strength polymer back airbox structure, enclosing the exclusive WORX Air Filter and V2 Velocity Stacks. The entire kit comes pre-assembled with the filter pre-oiled and ready for use. It drops right into your Ninja 500 in place of the stock airbox, replacing the stock components with race-proven components that take advantage of the improved airflow and further optimize the volumetric efficiency for better engine performance and faster lap times. This Ninja 500 Airbox is unlike anything else on the market.
