You are responsible for sending us a stock, untuned, undamaged, and unmodified Ninja 500 ECU. We will flash the ECU with your selected tune and send your ECU back to you. Once an ECU is flashed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
TST ECU Tunes are shipped after we receive and flash your ECU. Any other items in the same order will ship separately on our normal schedule.

Following a ground-up redesign of the intake system in pursuit of peak race performance, we tuned the ECU to fully capitalize on the increased airflow, resulting in the TST WORX Stage 3 ECU Tune for the Kawasaki Ninja 500. Engineered specifically to work with our carbon fiber TST WORX Airbox and a high-quality aftermarket full system exhaust, this tune is dialed in to deliver strong, usable power where it matters most on track - the top of the rev range. When paired with the supporting upgrades, it transforms your Ninja 500 into a purpose-built machine that's ready to compete at the highest level and break away from the pack! EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT: This tune MUST be paired with the TST WORX Airbox, TST Emission Block Off Kit, and an aftermarket full system exhaust. Failure to do so will result in poor performance that may fall out of the safe zone of operation. NORTH AMERICAN MARKET ONLY: Please keep in mind that this is only available for North American market Ninja 500 motorcycles ONLY. All orders placed outside of the North American region will be canceled. Premium 91-93 octane fuel is required for expected results and safety against knock. Please note that if your "Check Engine" light is on previous to an ECU tune, the light will remain on after the reflash and must be cleared manually.
Q: Does this tune have to be paired with the WORX Airbox?
A: Yes. This Stage 3 Tune was developed using the specified equipment. Failure to use the required parts or subsitute them with other parts will result in poor performance and that may fall out of the safe zone of operation. Q: If I already have a WORX Tune on my Ninja 500 ECU, can I get the Stage 3 Tune at a discount? A: Absolutely! We actually offer a free reflash of any previously tuned ECU right HERE. Just pay the $15 shipping and input the original WORX Tune order number and we'll get your ECU reflashed so you can take full advantage of the improved airflow. Q: How long will it take for me to receive this once I order it? A: Our handling time is 1-2 business days, and the shipping time varies based on the shipping method selected.
