Description
We could tell that Suzuki's 776cc parallel-twin motor had potential as soon as we got our hands on it, and boy were we right! We've unlocked additional performance through our WORX tuning program, then took it another step further and developed our V1 Intake System for it, but now, we are taking it to a whole other level. We set out to unleash unreal power gains in the top-end of the rev range, specifically tuning and engineering the revised WORX Airbox to help those racers and track day enthusiasts get the absolute most out of their Suzuki GSX-8R or GSX-8S. Its premium carbon fiber construction houses our sintered nylon velocity stacks, protected by a high-flow reusable foam filter. Not only does the WORX Airbox provide a 73% reduction in component weight and more power gains, but its smaller form factor enables the installation of traditional piggyback rear shocks, ensuring you're no longer limited to remote reservoir shock options. When paired with the available WORX Stage 3 Tune and a full system exhaust, you'll find yourself leading the pack with unmatched performance!
Including the tune? You are responsible for sending us a stock, untuned, undamaged, and unmodified Suzuki GSX-8R / GSX-8S ECU. We will flash the ECU with your specified tune and send your ECU back to you. See the Tune Details tab for more information. The WORX Airbox will ship when the WORX-tuned ECU ships.
The WORX Airbox comes pre-assembled, therefore we are not able to substitute items or customize the airbox or velocity stacks per order.
Installation note: We recommend removing the AIS and charcoal canister as this airbox does not feature a hose inlet for the AIS system. If you do not want to remove them, simply plug the hose coming off of the AIS and either secure it to a surrounding structure or let it hang freely.

91-93 octane should always be used when operating with this tune.
Requirements
It is your responsibility to ship an undamaged and unmodified OEM ECU to our facility in Lake Helen, Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly. Once the ECU is tuned, we'll ship your newly flashed ECU back to you for installation.

Q: Do I need to make any modifications to my bike or airbox? A: No - We designed this airbox to be completely bolt-on, ensuring you don't have to perform any permanent modifications to your Suzuki during the installation process.
Q: Can I use a stock air filter or other aftermarket air filters with this airbox? A: The air filter that is included with this airbox has been specifically designed to fit within the reshaped airbox. The stock air filter or any other aftermarket filter that has been designed for the stock airbox will not fit.
Q: How often do I need to clean the filter? A: We recommend checking the air filter for visible debris after each race weekend. You can clean and wash the open cell foam filter and re-oil it with your preferred filter oil. If you decide you need a replacement filter, contact our awesome support team to order a new one.
Q: If I already have a WORX Tune on my Suzuki GSX-8R / GSX-8S ECU, can I get the Stage 3 Tune at a discount? A: Absolutely! We actually offer a free reflash of any previously tuned ECU right
HERE. Just pay the $15 shipping and input the original WORX Tune order number and we'll get your ECU reflashed so you can take full advantage of the improved airflow.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive this once you receive my stock ECU? A: Our handling time is 1-2 business days, and the shipping time varies based on the shipping method selected.
