- Increased rev limit by 300 RPM
- Disables O2 sensor FI code
- Disables PAIR/AIS fault code
- Disables EVAP fault code
- Disables decel fuel cut
- Decreases set point for cooling fan start-up
- Optimizes fuel maps for full system exhaust
Premium 91-93 octane fuel is required for expected results and safety against knock.
Description
After championship winning success on the Ninja 400 platform, our sights have turned to the Ninja 500. With years of R&D from the Ninja 400 under our belt, we were able to adapt our race-proven technology to provide the same performance benefits to the new Ninja 500. Our TST WORX Stage 1 Tune was developed and optimized for the Graves Full System Exhaust (or any full system exhaust) and our TST Emission Block Off Kit, delivering impressive power gains, but also smooth delivery that makes the most of the Kawasaki 451cc platform.
This tune was specifically designed to work with the parts mentioned above. Pairing this tune with different or substituted parts may not provide expected results.
Please note that if your "Check Engine" light is on previous to an ECU tune, the light will remain on after the reflash and must be cleared manually.

Q: Do I ship my ECU to you? A: Yes, it is your responsibility to ship an undamaged and unmodified Ninja 500 OEM ECU to our facility in Florida for tuning. The ECU must be properly packed and free of any damage or contaminants to be tuned properly.
Q: Do I pay for shipping if I am sending you my ECU? A: Yes - it is your responsibility to properly package your ECU and send it to our facility in Florida.
Q: Where do I ship my ECU? A: 1307 Saratoga St. Deland, FL, 32724 - Please include your order number.
Q: I'm located outside of the United States. Will I have to pay duties on this item? A: Some countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. We have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will be. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these additional costs.
