Stage 1 WORX Tune Features
- Stage 1 WORX Tune developed for the following:
- Graves Motorsports Full System Exhaust (or any other full system exhaust)
- MWR Air Filter
- TST Emission Block Off Kit
- Provides 12% increase in area under the curve with 7% increase to peak power
- Increased rev limit of 12,500 RPM
- Eliminates OEM air injection system (AIS)
- Eliminates factory closed loop O2 system
- Eliminates fuel injector deceleration cut for easier corner entry and braking
- Remapped fuel tables for cylinders 1 and 2 separately across multiple throttle openings enable a smooth power delivery
- Remapped ignition timing helps torque production and throttle response
- Eliminates EVAP system error code after system removal
- Eliminates gearing fault code when drive chain gear ratios are changed to non-OEM configurations
- Disables top speed limiter
Premium 91-93 octane fuel is required for expected results and safety against knock.
Description
With a Ninja 400 race bike in the TST stable and our eye on the podium, we had one goal when developing our WORX Performance ECU Tunes: get the most power out of the Ninja 400 without sacrificing reliability or ride quality. The WORX team poured hundreds of hours into dyno with countless runs and laps around a variety of tracks in the US. Their hard work paid off, because not only did this technology help us win the ASRA Moto3 National Championship on our WORX Ninja 400 race bike, but we have used the very same data to develop our Stage 1 ECU tune that delivers not only impressive power gains, but smooth performance across the entire power band. Stage 1 is developed and optimized for the Graves Full System Exhaust (or any full system exhaust), TST Emissions Block Off Kit, and the MWR Race Air Filter, providing staggering performance gains and giving you the extra edge you need to get to the front of the pack.
Pairing this tune with different or substituted parts not included in the WORX Pack may not provide expected results.
Please note that if your "Check Engine" light is on previous to an ECU tune, the light will remain on after the reflash and must be cleared manually.
